Everything you need for an amazing stay at Cubby Bear Den
Supplies & Toiletries Provided
We provide starter supplies for your stay. For longer visits, please plan to bring additional items.
Bathroom
- Each bathroom includes 1 oz shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and liquid hand soap
- 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom for every 4 nights of stay
- For longer stays, guests will need to bring additional toiletries
Kitchen
- 4 laundry detergent pods
- 4 dishwasher pods
- 2 rolls of paper towels for every 4 nights of stay
- 1 bottle of liquid dish soap
- Any additional supplies needed are the guest's responsibility
House Rules & Policies
Please review these important rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone.
Pet Policy
Dogs are welcome at Cubby Bear Den! Please clean up after them and use the fenced dog run.
No other type of animal is permitted on the property. A $1,000 fine will be charged if any other animal is found on the premises.
No Smoking Indoors
Smoking is not permitted inside the cabin. If you need to smoke, please do so outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
A $1,000 cleaning fee will be charged if evidence of indoor smoking is found.
No Glass Near Hot Tub
For everyone's safety, absolutely no glass is allowed in or around the hot tub area.
A $500 fine will be charged for any glass found near the hot tub.
Security Cameras
There are 2 Ring cameras on the exterior of the property for security purposes.
Tampering with any security camera will result in a $500 fine and immediate cancellation of your reservation.
Damage Responsibility
Guests will be held responsible and charged for any damages incurred to the property, its furnishings, or amenities during their stay. Please treat our home with the same care you would your own.
General Rules
- • Maximum 12 guests
- • No parties or events
- • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
- • Please be respectful of neighbors
- • Guests have access to the entire cabin except the owner's closet
Living in Nature
The mountains come with wild animals, and wooded areas bring a natural increase in insects. Our cabin is professionally cleaned extra well after every stay, but occasionally these natural insects can wander in when doors are opened.
If you are bringing a furry friend, please keep an eye on them due to wild animals in the area. Please do not leave food or trash lying around outside — make sure it is placed in the secure trash cans out front.

Now comfortably sleeps 12 guests with a new sleeper sofa in the upstairs loft overlooking the living room

Sonos sound bar and portable speaker in the living room and game room — stream your own music via Bluetooth
Porch Swing & Backyard Slides
Take a ride on the relaxing front porch swing, or the slides in the back! We do recommend bringing some old clothes for a ride on the slide as these are out in the elements and can get a bit dusty at times :)
Nintendo Switch Gaming
A Nintendo Switch is set up and loaded with online games — ready for kids and adults to jump right in and play
